Hello, my name is Phil, I am a forty something dad to two small children.
This blog is about my fitness journey. Just trying to lose the baby weight and get back in shape after a couple of years of not doing anything.
I’ll be writing about the workouts I do, what I’m eating and the progress I am making.
I’m lucky to be married to a personal trainer so the majority of my workouts are PT approved! I hate cardio so I mainly train with weights with the occasional high intensity cardio session thrown in.
