Quick Fat Burning Crossfit Workouts

Recently I’ve been doing a lot more conditioning workouts at the gym. They’re all Crossfit style.

So for example a set number of rounds as quickly as possible or as many rounds as possible for a set time.

The idea here is that you work as hard as you can to get through the workout as quickly as possible or to perform the maximum number of rounds for time.

These workouts can be done at the end of a session, for instance on a day where you’ve been lifting weights, or you can do a couple of these back to back.

Here’s a couple of examples of the workouts I’ve been doing recently.

Workout 1

3 rounds of

10 x ball slam

15 x upright row

20 squats

Workout 2

3 rounds of

200m row

10 push ups

15 sit ups

Do both of these workouts as quickly as possible, resting 3-5 minutes between workouts.
