To finish a workout, I’ve been adding some ‘finishers’ in, mostly metabolic conditioning, I enjoy doing these at the end of a heavy weights session, something to end the workout with the lungs screaming!
I’ve been using a simple body weight workout that takes around 7 minutes to complete.
Do the following exercises:
15 Jumping Jacks
8 Push Ups
10 Bench Dips
Rest 10 seconds between each exercise with 30 seconds between in round. Do 3 rounds.
I absolutely hate burpees, but there is a reason why they are so good for fat burning, after 3 rounds my legs were screaming to stop, especially after a leg session.
